Erkjad Kajo is an A*Midex Postdoctoral Fellow in Global History at Aix-Marseille University. His research examines Ottoman-Albanian intellectuals, mobility, and the end of empire. He holds a PhD in Global History from the University of Pavia and a research master’s degree from Panteion University. Working across Albanian- and Greek-speaking contexts, he studies global intellectual history and Ottoman and post-Ottoman Balkan transnational history. He is also co-editing a volume on federalism, autonomy, and post-imperial imaginaries.
