Besnik Emini is a historian specializing in 19th–20th century Balkan history. He earned his BA in History from the Faculty of Philosophy in Skopje (2002), an MA on Albanians during the Eastern Crisis and Macedonia (1875–1881) (2009), and a PhD on the Albanian Movement (1878–1900) (2015). Since 2008, he has worked as a researcher at the Institute of Spiritual and Cultural Heritage of Albanians in Skopje, actively participating in international seminars, workshops, and publications. He is Editor-in-Chief of the Albanian Historical Magazine and a EUROCLIO ambassador.
