Kriton Kuci holds a PhD in Balkan Studies from the University of Macedonia, Thessaloniki, with a dissertation on banal nationalism in Albanian news portals. He earned an MA in International and European Studies from the University of Piraeus and a BA in Political Science from the University of Athens. Since 2009, he has lectured in Political Science at the Mediterranean University of Albania.
A RECAS fellow and visiting researcher at IFDT Belgrade, he has presented at numerous conferences across Europe. His research focuses on nationalism, political theory, and discourse analysis.
He speaks Albanian, Greek, Italian, and English.
