Yves Bertoncini is a European affairs consultant, lecturer, and author. President of YB2i Consulting and Senior Advisor to Kreab Worldwide, he teaches EU affairs at ESCP Business School and Corps des Mines. Formerly Director of the Jacques Delors Institute (2011–2017) and European Commission administrator, he also served as Vice-President of the European Movement International (2017–23) and President of the Mouvement Européen-France (2016–22).
