Valbona Kaarci is a strategic adviser at Helvetas Swiss Intercooperation, where he has worked since 2006, including more than a decade as Programme Manager before joining the Eastern Europe Unit. His work focuses on strategic thinking, governance, and organizational development. For nearly twenty years, he has also lectured at the University of Shkodra and the European University of Tirana, teaching integrated thinking and knowledge management.
