Dr Milena Stefanovic is Assistant Professor of Strategic Management, Marketing, and Creative Entrepreneurship at the Faculty of Dramatic Arts, University of Arts, in Belgrade. She has over fifteen years of professional management experience in the private and civil sector, as well as developed competencies and practical knowledge in advocacy processes and public diplomacy in the EU and WB arena. Additionally, she has experience in regional cooperation through the development of networks and training programs aimed at strengthening the capacity of public administration in the Western Balkans region. Holds a PhD from the Faculty of Dramatic Arts, a Master’s in Public Administration from SDA Bocconi, and a BA in Philosophy from the School of Philosophy, University of Belgrade.
