Florenca Stafa graduated in History from the University of Elbasan “Aleksandër Xhuvani” in 2006 and earned her PhD in History from the University of Tirana in 2015. Promoted to Associate Professor in March 2024, she currently serves as Head of the Department for Albanological and Balkan Studies at the University of Elbasan. With extensive experience in both pre-university and higher education, she is also a national trainer with the Ministry of Education, an external expert for ASCAL, and a member of the Albanian History Teachers Association (ALBNA).
