Dušica Biševac is history teacher with seventeen years of experience. She has (co-)authored and coordinated several projects focused on the history of the Holocaust, human rights, the breakup of Yugoslavia and its aftermath, as well as reconciliation in the region. In recent years, she has worked as an external contributor and member of teams developing high school history curricula. She is interested and actively engaged in teaching at sites of memory and memorial institutions, exploring topics that help identify warning signs in the present and using methods that foster and encourage critical thinking.
