Dragan Popović graduated from the Faculty of Law at the University of Belgrade, earning a master’s degree in international law. In 2024, he received a PhD in history from the Faculty of Philosophy in Belgrade. Popović is the country consultant for Serbia at the European Endowment for Democracy. He has worked in several human rights organizations. He has published numerous books, studies, analyses, and articles in the fields of memory culture, human and minority rights, the rule of law, civil society, and transitional justice.
