Anna Batzeli earned her PhD in History from the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki (AUTH) in 2019 and currently works as a historian and postdoctoral researcher at the Democritus University of Thrace (DUTH). Throughout her academic career, she has participated in numerous research projects and initiatives, resulting in two books and multiple peer-reviewed articles, blog contributions, and conference presentations. She collaborates regularly with research institutions, academic associations, and scholars across Europe and beyond. She also holds memberships and editorial roles in several academic networks, reflecting her active engagement in international scholarly communities.
