OPEN CALL: Joint History Lab – Winter School
Theme: The Importance of Multiperspectivity in History
• Are you interested in how historical narratives shape our lives today?
• Do you want to understand not only what happened, but why?
• Do you feel like you keep hearing the same stories and want to discover something new?
We cannot change the past, but we can shape the future together.
WHAT TO EXPECT?
Three days of intensive work combining three key disciplines:
• 📜 History: Analyzing shared past through a multiperspective approach (focus on the 1990s).
• 🧩 Psychology: Understanding collective trauma and mechanisms of reconciliation.
• 📱 Media: How to recognize manipulation of the past in today’s media.
WHO CAN APPLY?
We are looking for motivated high school students (final years, ages 18–19) and university students (up to 25) from:
• Serbia 🇷🇸
• Montenegro 🇲🇪
• Bosnia and Herzegovina 🇧🇦
• Croatia 🇭🇷
We learn to critically examine the past in order to consciously shape the future.
